I am the lead developer at Web of Knowledge in Hampshire. Working for a web agency means maintaining legacy code and building websites by hand or based on products such as Concrete5 and Opencart.
Whenever possible I am happier working on large framework based applications. I have a lot of experience with Zend Framework 2 and also enjoy working with Slim Framework.
Aside from web development, I provide direction and support to the sysadmin team. I have many years experience as a system administrator managing Ubuntu and CentOS servers and I am pleased to be driving change that is reducing support issues and improving the service we offer.
Since 2012 I have been involved in organising and growing the PHP Hampshire user group. The group is now well established online and the monthly meetups are always well attended.
You can find out more about what I have done on linkedin and can see things I have worked on github.
